TICTOCIT REFUND POLICY
An upgrade from the free 30 day trial to a paying subscription will not end your free trial. You will be billed for your first month following the completion of your 30 day trial period.
The Service is billed in advance on a monthly basis and is non-refundable. There will be no refunds or credits for partial months of service, upgrade/downgrade refunds, or refunds for months unused with an open account.
Once you cancel you won't be charged again, but you are responsible for whatever charges have already been incurred. In order to treat everyone equally, no exceptions will be made.
HOW DO I CANCEL MY ACCOUNT?
You can cancel your account at any time by clicking on the Account link in the global navigation bar on the left side of the screen once you have logged in to your account. The Account screen provides a simple no questions asked cancellation link.
